Introduced in 2003.  Removed from the market in 2005 and replaced with G2.

INJURIES:

1. Filter fracture
2. Filter migration or detachment;
3. Perforated blood vessel tissue or organ;
4. Chest pain/shortness of breath;
5. Pulmonary embolism.

Note:  Fracture/migration determined by CT scan.
