At the time of this video, four years have passed since the BP oil spill ravaged the coast line, waters, communities and natural habitats of the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. Eleven oil rig workers were killed, and ultimately thousands of animals and marine life have been lost to the millions of gallons of black crude oil.

The Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion still haunts the Gulf of Mexico. The repercussions of the oil spill continue to be felt throughout the environment and economy. Commercial and recreational fishing, the seafood industry, hospitality and tourism revenues, and property values have all been severely damaged.
