The recent continuing legal education (CLE) session for the Mississippi Chapter of NALS (the Association for Legal Professionals) featured Davis & Crump attorneys Martin Crump, Trevor Rockstad, and Anderson Brown. The topic of their presentation, Anatomy of a Mass Tort, outlined the development of mass torts, from the initial governmental agency actions, through to the creation of Multi-District Litigation and subsequent settlements. The CLE session was attended by approximately thirty legal professionals from across Mississippi.
