Once again Davis & Crump walked for a cure for breast cancer in the annual Gulf Coast Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. Our team was formed in July, led by attorney Jess Waltman, our Real Men Wear Pink representative. We raised money by playing BINGO, holding a company-wide chili cook-off, and eating at a local Mexican restaurant which donated a portion of its sales on a specified night.

The Gulf Coast Making Strides event took place on October 19, despite the rain and cooler temperatures, starting on the Biloxi Town Green. Five Davis & Crump team members braved the weather to walk the route, among more than 7,200 participants.

The fundraising goal for our team was set at $2,000. We have raised $1,138 so far, but donations are still being accepted. You can donate to Real Men Wear Pink through 11:59 pm on 10/31/19 and to Making Strides until 11:59 pm on 12/31/19.
